I’m new to this discussion and need some advice on superfoods. Recently I have heard that adding superfoods to our diet can boost up health and they have the ability to fight diseases. So I’m planning to add some superfoods to my diet. I’m trying it for the first time. My diet doesn’t include any superfoods before, so I’m little worried if there might be any side effects. So if someone having superfoods in their diet plans, please share your ideas. Thanks.
